Squarespace is one of the most popular website builders in the world due to the platform being easy to use and reasonably priced, it can also be used for many different business types, including online stores, as they offer a range of ecommerce tools.

Squarespace has two tiers for their affiliate program:
- $100 for users who sign up to one of the normal website builder plans
- $200 for users who sign up to one of the ecommerce plans
How long do payouts take?
Referrals are tracked on a first click basis and become active when a user upgrades to a paid plan from the 14-day free trial, with actions being locked 2 months and 20 days after they are tracked, meaning it can be 2-3 months before a commission is paid.
Payout minimums are set in your impact account and you can choose between being paid via PayPal or directly into your bank.
2: Wix
Who are Wix?
Wix is one of the most popular website builders in the world, designed to make it easy for individuals and businesses to launch a website, including personal sites, blogs, portfolios and online stores.
How much does the program pay?
The commission structure for Wix is very straightforward, with only two options:
- A $50 commission for users referred from Brazil, Russia and Turkey
- A $100 commission for all other referrals
How long do payouts take?
The time from referral click to payout depends on how quickly the user upgrades from the free plan (which is the default for all new users) but if they do upgrade, the actions are locked 15 days after the end of the month they are tracked and paid 16 days after the end of the day they lock, so successful referrals are paid within 1-2 months.

Who are Shopify?
Shopify is the biggest ecommerce website builder in the world and for many, the go-to option for building an online store.
How much does the program pay?
There are two tiers to the main Shopify program and it depends on where the customer is located:
- $25 commission for users in Africa, India, Latin America and parts of Asia
- $150 commission for other markets, including USA, Canada, UK, Europe (inc Ireland), Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong and Japan

Payments can take a while as Shopify offers a 3-day free trial, followed by an offer of 3 months for $1 a month, with actions being locked 21 days after the end of the month where they are tracked, this can mean it can be 4-5 months from referral click to payout.

Who are WordPress.com?
WordPress.com is the hosted version of WordPress (not .org version that requires your own hosting in order to use) and is a popular option for building a website as users get the benefit of the WordPress ecosystem, without requiring the technical knowledge of running a self-hosted WP site.

They pay 100% of the first purchase, up to a maximum of $300. This means there will be variations in your commissions due to the variety of plans they offer and the payment options range from monthly to 3-year plans.
How long do payments take?
Payment times can vary as it depends when the user decides to upgrade from the free plan to one of the paid ones but if they do upgrade, actions are locked 1 month and 16 days after they are tracked, with payments being made 15 days after the end of the month they lock, so from sign-up to payout is 2-3 months.

5: Webflow
What is Webflow?
Webflow is a visual-based website builder that has grown in popularity over the last few years as an alternative to the likes of WordPress for users who want full control over customization without any of the technical knowledge of managing hosting and is a popular option for designer and agencies.
How much does the program pay?
You get 50% of the first year’s subscription price, which is either a single payment if the user opts for an annual plan or split over the first 12 months if they choose to pay monthly.
How long do payments take?
Not much information regarding payment information other than payments are made on the 15th of each month following the approval of the referral.
As the program is run through PartnerStack, a minimum of $5 must be in the account in order to be withdrawn and payment options include direct deposit, PayPal and Stripe.
6: Hostinger Website Builder
Who are Hostinger?
While probably best known for being a web hosting provider, Hostinger also offers a simple, drag and drop website builder that is great for small businesses or individuals who want an inexpensive website that is hosted for them.
How much does the program pay?
Their affiliate program offers up to 40% as a one-time payment, which sounds great but the prices for the website builder plans are quite low, so you will need a high number of referrals to make a decent commission.
How long do payments take?
Hostinger doesn’t offer automatic payouts and you need to submit a payment request once your balance reaches the withdrawal limit, with payments being made on the 15th of the month that follows when you made your withdrawal request.
They offer two offers for withdrawals:
- PayPal with a minimum balance of $100
- Bank Transfer with a minimum balance of $500
7: GoDaddy Website Builder
Who are GoDaddy?
GoDaddy is probably most well known as a domain name registrar but they offer a wide range of products including hosting and for the purposes of this post, a website builder that is popular with small businesses who just want to create a simple website.

They offer up to 10% commission on all qualifying referrals but you will need a good number of referrals due to the low price of the website builder plans.
How long do payments take?
